At Party Perfect we ensure all products arrive to the customer in perfect condition.

All items are checked by the supplier before being shipped, and checked again by Party Perfect.

In the rare, unfortunate occasion your item doesn't reach you in excellent condition, we will offer a 30 day refund.

Items to be returned back to Party Perfect at the cost of the customer, upon arrival a refund will be given.

We aim to have your goods delivered before 3 weeks, however we recommend purchasing items at least a month before your occasion in case of rare, but unavoidable shipping delays.
